I think we are all aware of phishing email, and how they apply urgency and alarm to entice you to click on something you shouldn’t. Well, Deliveroo in France thought it would be a great April Fool’s wheeze produce fake receipts for their customers. Didn’t go down well….
I will echo the WTF tag line in regards to what Signal have thought as being cool to add to their app:
I’ve seen previous research papers on implementing that, but to actually incorporate that into the specification and make it a feature? I think this calls for the WTF again!
