A big thank you once again for all your support over the years as we celebrate the release of ionCube Encoder 15. Your trust in our product means so much to us, and as such, we’ve continued to work hard to improve it each year. With such a complex security tool, it can be challenging to keep up with the rapid pace of change in PHP, but here we are with a new release which comes with full support for PHP 8.4 syntax encoding
Here’s a quick look at everything this version has to offer…
– PHP 8.4 syntax encoding support. We’ve extended existing runtime support from ionCube Encoder 13/14 to now include full syntax support for PHP 8.4. Previously it was possible for PHP 8.2 encoded files to run on up to PHP 8.4 but now we have native support for 8.4 syntax itself.
– Improved Security. We’ve made some under-the-hood improvements to protection features which strengthen the security of all encoded files. Remember – for the best protection you should also aim to use External Keys and, especially, Dynamic Keys to really give your code the best level of protection.
– AI Review of Dynamic Key Generators. For those of you looking to implement the most advanced protection we have added an AI review tool in Pro and Cerberus Edition products that will review your key generator and ensure you are really making the most out of this powerful feature. For example, if you view this tutorial and go to the end then you should get a pretty good rating when using a non-static key generator of your own.
– General bug fixes and GUI improvements.
